FULL DESCRIPTION

Multi Trader

Key Duties

  • Carpentry including partitions, plasterboarding, fire door installations (optional)
  • Drylining and minor decoration
  • General builder’s work and making good
  • Tasks range from changing locks to installing fire doors
  • Working alongside a team initially, progressing to more independent work

Requirements

  • Valid CSCS card essential
  • Trade qualification or NVQ preferred but open to candidates with relevant experience
  • Own tools required
  • Ability to manage receipt tracking via a mobile app
  • Own transport preferred (fuel card supplied) — company van available at a lower day rate

Location & Travel

Work primarily based across Central London, East London, Essex, and Kent. Majority of projects commercial, with some residential work. Office located in Chelmsford; team meetings usually held there but not mandatory.

Additional Details

  • Standard site hours 8am-5pm, paid 8 hours
  • Optional weekend shifts (8am-2pm) paid as 10 hours
