Key Responsibilities
- Work alongside the team while overseeing daily site activities
- Manage and coordinate labourers and trades on site
- Liaise with directors and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and site organisation
- Contribute carpentry skills as needed throughout the project
Requirements
- Proven experience as a working foreman with a carpentry background
- Competent across most aspects of residential refurb
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage time, people, and priorities on site
- Relevant tickets/certifications are a bonus
Details
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm (paid 8 hours)
Rate: £220 per day
