Home Admissions Advisor

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is a Top 20 Care Home Group 2025. Parkfield Grange is a luxurious 80 bedded residential and dementia care home in Stourbridge. We have an exciting opportunity for a Home Admissions Advisor to join our team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Update the Sales and Marketing activity database on an ongoing basis and produce activity reports.
  • Co-ordinate input from all team members.
  • Assist in answering all general sales and marketing enquiries from colleagues and customers.
  • Acquire information and collate responses and data from customers.
  • Assist at Sales and Marketing events with preparation and coordination.
  • Record and follow up sales leads to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Ensure all reports are prepared within required timescale and are accurate.
  • Manage and keep up to date pipeline of potential residents.
  • Develop new contacts and maintain regular contacts with key care influences.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and ensure completion.
  • Flexibility in covering Sales & Marketing office over seven days, including weekends and evenings.

Person Specification

  • Decisive, self-motivated, proactive, flexible and adaptable.
  • Confident and enthusiastic with a desire to excel.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including influencing.
  • Works closely with General Manager.
