Apprentice Tradesperson

Apprentices earn an NVQ Level 3 qualification through day release college attendance, gain hands-on experience in workshop and on-site settings, and receive progressive pay increases as they achieve skill targets. Excellent Earning Potential: Apprentices receive five pay increases as they achieve key skill targets. Typical increases: Skill Target 1: 25%, Skill Target 2: 25%, Skill Target 3: 25%, Skill Target 4: 25%, Skill Target 5: 13%. Upon completion, fully skilled tradespeople earn the best rates in the area.
Apprenticeship Structure
The apprenticeship spans five years. In the first three years, apprentices immerse themselves in workshop-based skills, mastering fabrication of stainless steel, and attend college one day a week for NVQ Level 3. In the final two years, they transition to on-site work. Progress is assessed regularly with skill-based pay rises.
