Registered Care Manager (Full Time) Eastleigh

Summary of Role

To generate and promote a caring and supportive environment for our clients by implementing the highest standards of professional care and support. To manage a team of staff and encourage their development, skills and abilities.

Principal Responsibilities

• Ensure business Aims & Objectives are achieved and each client receives appropriate care.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulatory body guidance.
• Oversee effective induction, training, and supervision of all staff.
• Ensure effective communication and team building, including regular team meetings.
• Oversee recruitment and appointment of all staff.
• Manage quality control and risk management systems.
• Maintain up-to-date computerised and manual records.
• Liaise with clients, relatives, representatives and social workers.
• Actively participate in business growth through marketing exercises.
