Job Details

• Location: Worcestershire (office: [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Worcester and Malvern Hills, Polysec House, Blackpole Trading Estate West, Worcester, WR3 8TJ)
• Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum
• Hours: Full time - 40 hours per week guaranteed
• Experience Required: At least two years previous experience in domiciliary care or as a Field Care Supervisor

Your Role as a Field Care Supervisor

• Oversee a list of service users designated by undertaking client reviews, risk assessments, care plan updates, handovers, assessments for our reablement service.
• Liaise with Social Services and other health professionals about changes in circumstances and requirements.
• Oversee a team of staff by performing supervisions, competency checks, spot checks, and training new members of staff.
• This is a rewarding role; teamwork and a proactive approach are essential.
• Field Care Supervisors are responsible for the efficient running of their own defined areas.
