Must hold a full UK driving license and have access to a vehicle.

Role Overview

We are seeking a new Care Team Leader at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Worcester. In this position you can take your experience and grow within the care industry. You will work closely with the office management team and colleagues to deliver the best quality care service.

Key Responsibilities

  • New staff shadow shifts – completing a full introduction to care, ensuring staff are aware of procedures and understand their role.
  • Reporting any concerns to the office regarding staff or customers.
  • Ensuring medication is correct with customers.
  • Building rapport with staff, customers, and office staff – promoting [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] and building relationships.
  • Cover of the on-call emergency phone.
  • Guiding and mentoring Care and Support Workers as requested by the Deputy Manager.
  • Introductory visits with new customers.
  • Spot checks, moving & handling, and medication checks.
  • Collecting information and documentation from customers' homes as requested by managers.
  • Providing Care & Support to customers.
