About the Role

As an Associate in the Client Service team, you’ll be the link between our clients and the expert knowledge they seek. You’ll work on multiple projects from top-tier client organizations. This is a communications-intense frontline role requiring multitasking across parallel workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting experts: speaking on the phone with experts who are relevant matches for client projects under tight deadlines.
• Understanding project and market context and the legal/regulatory environment.
• Taking ownership of every aspect of projects, from client-expert communications to scheduling calls.

Requirements

• Strong academic credentials (undergraduate degree of 2:1 or above).
• Noteworthy extracurricular achievement.
• Relevant internship experience.
• Fluent English and Swedish or C2 level required; experience living or working in continental Europe desired.

Compensation & Benefits

• Total first-year compensation: £48,500-£57,500 (average to high performance) including base salary of £41,500 and uncapped variable compensation.
