Assistant Manager

This role supports the General Manager in running the site, leading by example, and training the team to deliver the best customer experience.
About the Role
As Assistant Manager at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Glasgow Merchant City you’ll support the General Manager with the running of the site. You’ll be the benchmark for customer service, leading by example and training others to give the best customer experience of all time. You’ll be part of an experienced management team alongside a crew of passionate and confident individuals, made up of team in the kitchen, on the floor and behind the bar. Your job is to be the glue that holds the team together and pushes them to be better every single day.
