Duty Manager

This role involves assisting management with shift running, back of house duties, and guiding staff to deliver excellent service. In this role, you’ll assist and support the management team in running shifts, handle back of house duties and front of house tasks, and support, train, and guide staff to make the bar a destination people want to come to.
