About The Role

Job Purpose: Management of all aspects of the on-trade IFT and L&T accounts within the allocated area and maximising their potential by building strong business relationships and delivering profitable volume / new distribution as per key KPIs, budget and [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] business plan objectives.

  • Growth of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] product distribution in the on-trade by identifying new business opportunities and gaining new accounts.
  • Development of existing stockists by supporting and expanding their listings.
  • Identification and management of key multiple operator accounts in collaboration with BDM.
  • Promotion of healthy long-lasting partnerships with RTM.
  • Development and implementation of strategic marketing plans.
  • Ensuring product quality consistency across all accounts.
  • Performance of regular account audits and contract management.
  • Effective management of CRM system and resources.

About You

Qualifications: No specific qualifications necessary but numerical reasoning and language proficiency required. Financial literacy desirable. Experience: Similar sales position (FMCG) or senior hospitality role preferred. Knowledge: Familiarity with [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] brand and craft beer market. Skills: Time management, organisational, planning, communication, negotiation, influencing. Additional: Clean driving licence, personal vehicle, ability to travel 80%, evenings/weekends.
