Salary: £101,100 - £151,400 + car allowance + performance-related bonus + benefits

About the Role
Lead the growth of smart, affordable and low carbon solutions for business customers. As Director of Smart Buildings at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], you will have full accountability for one of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Energy Solutions' most strategically important customer businesses.
- Set and deliver a clear long-term strategy for the Smart Buildings business, balancing growth, innovation and operational performance.
- Take overall accountability for commercial and financial performance, ensuring strong governance, risk management and sustainable decision making.
- Lead development of smart and digital energy solutions using customer insight and technology trends.
- Build strong relationships with customers, partners and internal teams.
- Provide visible and inclusive leadership across a large, multi-disciplinary organisation.
- Lead people, cultural and organisational change to support growth and innovation.
About You
- Significant experience in senior P&L leadership roles within smart buildings, energy solutions, or closely related sectors.
- Strong commercial and financial leadership capability with full accountability for business performance.
- Proven ability to lead business growth and transformation.
- Deep understanding of the buildings and energy landscape, including AI, digital and data.
- Confident, values-led leader who sets direction and leads from the front across a UK-wide workforce.
