What to expect

• Learn on the job with skilled craft and engineering professionals who maintain our hydro assets.
• Support daily operations, troubleshoot electrical faults and contribute ideas.
• Develop specialist knowledge in electrical engineering.
• Blend classroom and on-site learning; some training via block release in Fife (travel/accommodation covered).
• Gain a Modern Apprenticeship in Engineering – Asset Lifecycle and Maintenance.

• Working towards a full UK driving licence (required by programme completion)
