Head of Information Management

This permanent, full-time role offers hybrid working from Perth, Glasgow, Aberdeen, or Inverness. Salary: £98,000-£117,600 + car/car allowance + performance-related bonus + benefits. The Role
As Head of Information Management at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], you will shape how [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] manages, governs, and uses information across a rapidly expanding programme of major infrastructure projects. You will build and lead a high performing function ensuring information is secure, compliant, high quality, and easily accessible.
- Lead the organisation-wide strategy for information management across the full project lifecycle.
- Oversee document control, data governance and digital collaboration platforms.
- Act as business owner for key information systems, defining standards and driving user adoption.
- Provide expert guidance to project teams on regulatory, audit and contractual requirements.
- Build, develop and lead a multi-disciplinary team of information management professionals.
You Have
- Strong experience leading information management, document control or data governance in complex, regulated environments.
- Expertise in designing information frameworks including standards, metadata, digital workflows, retention and access controls.
- Experience with enterprise information systems such as SharePoint, common data environments or electronic document management systems.
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A strategic, analytical and improvement-focused mindset.
