The Role

Our Development Project Managers play a central role in shaping [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]’s largest and most complex infrastructure projects. These will include assessing project feasibility, development of options and initial designs, submission of Planning Applications and delivery of key documentation.

  • Maintain safety, health and environmental performance and standards.

You have

  • Experience of project development through the optioneering and initial design phases, with an ability to develop the optimum project solution, deliver to timescales and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • An ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams to deliver multiple project outputs to inform key processes such as planning applications, tenders and design works.
  • Experience of developing, managing and reporting on significant project budgets (£10M and above) and an understanding of the electrical network within the Transmission business would be beneficial.
  • Knowledge of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015, Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and other key relevant health, safety and environmental legislation.
  • Experience of the NEC3 suite of contracts, with a focus on the Engineering and Construction and Professional Services contracts.
