[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Services Ltd is seeking a full-time administrator to join our friendly and fast-paced team at our HQ in Belmont Industrial Estate, Durham.
Full-Time | Permanent | Office-Based | No Weekend Working
Hours: Monday to Thursday: 08:30 – 17:15 (30-minute unpaid lunch) | Friday: 08:30 – 13:00 (no lunch break)
What You'll Do
- Provide administrative support across all departments (Certification, Inspection, and NDT Testing)
- Maintain accurate records, logs, and databases using internal systems
- Draft and format reports, certificates and documentation with high attention to detail
- Support customer communication, scheduling and internal coordination
- Help with ordering supplies, filing, scanning and general office duties
What We're Looking For
- Exceptional time management skills: the ability to prioritise, multi-task and meet deadlines without dropping the ball
- Strong organisational skills: methodical and detail-oriented in everything you do
- Excellent written and verbal communication: clear, professional, and accurate
- High attention to detail: especially in document formatting, spelling and data accuracy
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Proactive attitude: you take initiative and solve problems independently
- Ability to support technical teams: no engineering knowledge required, just confidence working with technical documents
- Friendly and professional approach: you’ll be the go-to support for multiple departments
Previous experience in a similar administrative role is ideal. Experience in a technical, compliance, or engineering environment would be an advantage, but full training will be provided.
