Senior Specialist Mortgage Broker
£35,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £70k+) - Milton Keynes
The Opportunity
This is a key role focused on delivering tailored mortgage solutions across complex cases, including portfolio landlords, limited company structures, HMOs and MUFBs. You will manage cases end-to-end, ensuring a seamless and high-quality client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert, compliant mortgage advice within specialist lending
- Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor
- Navigate complex underwriting criteria with confidence
- Work closely with compliance and internal teams to ensure smooth case progression
Requirements
- CeMAP qualified with a minimum of three years’ experience
- Proven background in specialist lending and complex buy-to-let cases
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
