Fire Servicing Engineer
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is recruiting for a Fire & Security Service Engineer (Minor Works) based in Stevenage (25-30 mile radius). Salary: £38,000+ (DOE) + Overtime + Call-Out. Full-time, on-site.
The Role
- Service, maintain, and fault-find fire alarm systems
- Carry out minor works and small installations (majority of workload)
- Work on systems including fire alarms, emergency lighting, PA/VA, and associated systems
- Complete all documentation in line with British Standards
Systems Experience: Morley, C-Tec, Advanced, Kidde, VESDA (or similar)
About You
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in fire alarm systems (essential)
- Strong servicing and fault-finding ability
- Experience with minor installations
- Full UK driving licence
- Based within 25–30 miles of Stevenage
