The Package
Basic Salary: £23,000 (plus guaranteed earnings for the first 3 months!)
Realistic Earnings (including commission): £40,000 - £45,000
Car Allowance: £2,500 or Company Car
Work Pattern: 5 days per week, including some Saturdays (3 on, 1 off)

List properties and secure top prices for vendors
Stay ahead of market trends, building your reputation as the go-to expert
Find new leads and generate business
Work closely with your team, matching properties with the perfect buyers
Help manage the branch and drive profitability
Motivate and inspire your team - help run morning meetings when the Branch Manager is away
