Job Description
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is looking for an experienced Lettings professional to join as Associate Lettings Manager. This role offers a competitive package and career progression. Key responsibilities include advising landlords on rental pricing, listing properties, generating leads, building relationships, and supporting the Lettings Manager. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in valuations and sales, is driven and customer-focused, and holds a full driving license.
Package and Benefits
- Basic Salary: £25,000 (guaranteed for a fixed period)
- Realistic Earnings (with commission): £40,000
- Car Allowance: £3,000 OR Company Car
- Work Pattern: 5 days a week (including some Saturdays – 2 on, 1 off)

Key Responsibilities
- Advise landlords on achieving the best rental price
- List and showcase properties effectively
- Identify new leads and drive business growth
