The Package
Basic Salary: £25,113
️ Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, 2 days 9am-5pm, 3 days 9am-5:30pm

The Job
- A lot of telephone work so you need to enjoy being on the phone!
- You will be calling our customers and helping to agree a path forward for outstanding payments of rent but at the same time still ensuring our service is professional, friendly and in line with our company values
- Documenting conversations and updates, and following company procedures within designated timelines and structures
- Managing at times, difficult conversations and having the ability to spot and highlight any potential problems to your Team Leader
The Person
- An ability to build great relationships with Landlords and Tenants alike
- Fantastic communication skills, highly organised with the ability to prioritise what is most important
- ☎️ A large part of your day will be on the telephone, so you have got to love talking to customers!
- A good knowledge of IT skills is essential as is a bright, enthusiastic “can do” attitude
