What will I be doing day-to-day?
- Compiling property details for sharing
- Preparing listings for Rightmove & Zoopla
- Assisting customers when the sales team are out
- Ensuring compliance by verifying AML documents (ID, bank statements, etc.)
- Handling filing, sorting post, managing deliveries and ordering office supplies
Do I need anything else?
- Fast and accurate typing skills (around 45 wpm)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Strong attention to detail
- A passion for compliance
