Job Description

What you’ll do:
- Lead the day‑to‑day delivery of the CRM migration
- Manage timelines, risks, and dependencies
- Act as the key link between business, IT, and suppliers
- Drive rollout and adoption across the branch network
What we’re looking for:
- Proven project delivery experience (CRM / systems‑led change)
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to drive progress and challenge constructively
- A clear communicator who gets things done
