IMFT is the transformation program within Innovative Medicine Finance, dedicated to enabling Finance and its business partners to deliver superior value and sustainable competitive advantage. As a member of IMFT, you’ll be at the heart of delivering an integrated, cross-functional transformation that optimizes resources, investment allocation, and value creation across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Process Mapping & Transformation: Perform end-to-end process mapping of current direct procurement and contract manufacturing processes, identifying pain points and inefficiencies.
- Continuous Improvement & Optimization: Act as core business user and advocate for ongoing process refinement, leveraging best practices and technological advancements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong partnerships across finance, source, supply chain, manufacturing, and other relevant functions.
- Value-Driven Prioritization: Assess and prioritize transformation opportunities based on potential to generate maximum value.
Qualifications
- University/bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting or Economics
- Experience in finance roles
- Experience with direct procurement and/or sub-contracting processes is a great asset
- Prior experience with finance transformation initiatives advantageous
- Languages: Fluency in English required, additional languages a benefit

Salary & Benefits
The anticipated pay range: €63,300 - €101,315 (primary location). Additional locations vary. Benefits include annual bonus, vacation days, parental leave, and more. Visit Employee benefits.
