Salary: $164,000 - $282,900 per year

Responsibilities
- Assume overall accountability for decision-making within the organization or TA, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Proactively identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Recognize and resolve complex problems related to development and implementation of new service offerings.
- Provide guidance to other writers on all types of clinical, regulatory, and safety documents.
- Represent the MW department with decision-making authority in the R&D organization.
- Directly lead or set objectives for team projects and tasks.
- Serve as liaison between team members and senior leadership.
- Develop, implement, and drive departmental process improvements.
- Mentor, support, and coach staff at all levels.
- Maintain and disseminate knowledge of industry, company, and regulatory guidelines.
- Participate in industry standards working groups.
- As Medical Writing Submission Strategist (MWSS): Act as primary interface with Compound Development Teams and lead submission strategy.
Qualifications
- University/college degree in a scientific discipline required; advanced degree (Masters, PhD, MD) preferred.
- Minimum 14 years of relevant pharmaceutical/scientific experience.
- Minimum 12 years of relevant clinical/medical writing experience.
- Expertise in project management and process improvement.
- Strong decision-making, strategic thinking, agility, broad vision.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Expert time management and ability to delegate.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and develop effective partnerships.
Additional Information
