[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic Class Teacher. As a member of staff within our Trust, you will contribute to a collaborative working environment and play a key role in supporting the learning and development of all pupils.

The role of Class Teacher involves planning and delivering well-structured lessons in line with the school curriculum, while adapting teaching to meet the diverse needs of all pupils and ensuring high standards of achievement. Teachers are responsible for assessing, monitoring and reporting on pupil progress, creating an engaging and stimulating learning environment, and maintaining effective behaviour management alongside a strong commitment to safeguarding and wellbeing. The role includes working collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and external professionals, as well as managing Teaching Assistants to support high-quality classroom practice. Class Teachers build positive relationships with parents and carers, communicating regularly to support pupils' development and outcomes. They are expected to contribute to the wider life of the school, including enrichment opportunities, curriculum development and promoting inclusion, equality and the school's values. In addition, the role requires maintaining high professional standards, engaging fully in professional development and appraisal processes, and upholding the ethos and policies of the school at all times. Teachers are also responsible for safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children, ensuring a safe, inclusive and supportive environment for every learner.
