Your mission:

The E-Campaign Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination and partial ownership of digital journeys across [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]’s websites and email channels. This includes the end-to-end implementation of campaign assets, optimisation of content flows, and proactive contribution to journey and conversion improvements. The role serves as a bridge between strategy and execution, supports junior colleagues, and works cross-functionally with CRM specialists, analytics, products and UX teams to ensure the best possible customer experience. Open to candidates based in UK, Germany, Spain, Italy and France.

What you will do:

  • Coordinate and execute cross-channel journeys (email & web) for marketing campaigns and product promotions, including messaging, scheduling, content setup and testing.
  • Take operational ownership of key journey segments (e.g. product campaigns, ecommerce promos, lead-nurturing flows).
  • Collaborate with UX, SEO and analytics to review journey performance and recommend tactical optimisations.
  • Work closely with the Manager E-Campaigns and contribute to content calendars, campaign logic and customer segmentation strategies.
  • Ensure all campaign components (e.g. banners, landing pages, CMS emails) are aligned and technically accurate.
  • Lead content handover and QA processes with agencies and internal creative partners.
  • Support A/B and personalisation initiatives; document learnings and test outcomes.
  • Serve as a go-to person for content publishing and campaign implementation across CMS and email platforms.

What you will bring:

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, email campaigns, or web content coordination.
  • Deep understanding of web/email ecosystems and campaign workflows.
  • Advanced experience using SAP Hybris and Amplience as a CMS (or similar enterprise-level content management platforms) for website content implementation and localisation.
  • Proficient in Adobe Campaign (or similar enterprise-level marketing automation platforms) including journey configuration, testing and performance review.
  • Solid grasp of campaign analytics, tagging, tracking and test planning.
  • Experience working in international or matrixed environments.
  • Excellent project coordination skills; comfortable managing multiple projects in parallel.
  • Analytical thinking, structured working style and ownership mentality.
  • Team collaboration, proactively and stakeholder communications skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a comparable field.
