Delivery Manager

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a Delivery Manager within its [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Technology Customer & Rewards portfolio to own end-to-end delivery of the Rewards platform, ensuring reliability, resilience, and continuous improvement while enabling [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]'s Formula for Growth. This hybrid role requires at least three days per week at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] House in Leeds.

What You’ll Do

  • Own delivery across Rewards initiatives, projects and product change, from discovery through release and handover into live service
  • Coordinate service outcomes in live operation, including recovery and stabilisation during incidents
  • Plan, sequence and facilitate delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives, balancing new change with live stability and removing blockers where needed
  • Manage delivery risk, dependencies and constraints across internal teams and external suppliers
  • Coordinate and manage delivery partners day to day, ensuring quality, compliance with technology standards, cost efficiency and agreed ways of working
  • Own delivery level cost control, including forecast accuracy, tracking spend and managing supplier change costs
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture and Service teams to shape feasible delivery options, ensure operational readiness and protect live service health
  • Provide clear delivery updates and oversight across Rewards activity, ensuring transparency for stakeholders
  • Continuously improve delivery practices, coaching teams and partners to work more effectively and predictably

What You’ll Need

  • Strong experience delivering complex, customer facing platforms in a multi supplier environment
  • Proven delivery planning, risk management and dependency management skills
  • Comfortable working across Agile and hybrid delivery models
  • Clear, confident communicator able to work with senior stakeholders
  • Experience of financial tracking and supplier delivery oversight
