Property Finance Analyst

The role involves financial analysis, forecasting, P&L management, stakeholder engagement, and capital investment governance. Ideal for a part-qualified or recently qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with an inquisitive mind. Hybrid working (minimum 3 days in office per week).

About the Role
Do you want to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment in a role core to cash delivery? You will play a vital role to prioritise investment across the entire [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Estate, navigating the unique challenges different Properties face and assessing Energy efficiency projects.
In the Finance team at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] the focus of an analyst is to develop and implement data and analytical innovations to create value for the business with insight and recommendations to the leadership team. You would also play a key role in ensuring we deliver financial plans through detailed analysis across the P&L, capital investments and costs. We partner the business unit teams to implement action plans.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide consolidated summaries on business performance to support P&L and forecast reviews
- Business partner VP and exec level stakeholders, collate forecasts and explain variances
- Provide regular insight and analysis using data to identify actionable opportunities
- Prepare presentations and reporting to share key insights
- Merge financial and non-financial data for decision making
- Support 1 year financial planning process
- Support collation of investment papers for board presentation
- Governance of capital spend including post investment reviews
- Work closely with property and finance teams
About You
- Motivated and detail oriented finance analyst, part or recently qualified
- Inquisitive mind, desire to understand and challenge status-quo
- Open to change and continuous improvement
- Understand business, market, and commercial impact

- Recently fully or partly qualified accountant ACA, ACCA or CIMA background
