Operations Assistant

About the Role

From maintaining our cabins to ensuring every facility is in top condition, your work plays a vital role in creating a seamless and enjoyable stay for every guest.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring hot tubs are in perfect working order every day for our guests.
- Completing general maintenance tasks, including using tools, fixing machinery, and decorating (basic knowledge desirable).
- Paying attention to the little details and delivering daily tasks in a timely and competent manner.
- Taking pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Following brand standards to ensure every guest experiences the Forest Feeling from the moment they step into their cabin.
What We Are Looking For
- A positive, can-do attitude and a strong work ethic.
- The ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues.
- Great attention to detail, ensuring high cleanliness standards are met.
- Some previous experience in a similar role.
- A willingness to work outdoors in a natural setting, whatever the weather.
- A full clean UK driving license.

Pay Rates for Aged 16 and 17: 16 years: £8.00 per hour, 17 years: £10.85 per hour.
