About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Glentress Forest team! Work in one of the UK’s most beautiful forest locations, developing your skills while providing outstanding service to our guests.

Your Responsibilities

• Providing support and motivation to the Housekeeping Team to ensure high morale and productivity
• Delivering training to ensure all team members meet our brand standards
• Ensuring each cabin is correctly stocked and beautifully presented
• Conducting health and safety checks, such as smoke alarm and fire extinguisher inspections
• Monitoring and maintaining quality standards across all cabins
• Assisting with daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient changeovers

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role (essential)
• Experience leading or supervising a team
• A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
• Great communication and teamwork skills
• A keen eye for detail and commitment to high standards
• Motivation to work outdoors in a forest environment, rain or shine
• A passion for hospitality and the great outdoors
