Job Description

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a Remote Field Monitoring Installation Officer to join our Electronic Monitoring service within the Criminal Justice sector. This role involves the installation, investigation, and decommissioning of electronic monitoring equipment. You will meet a wide range of people and work a set shift pattern to visit clients during their curfew period. The role is remotely based in Aberdeen and the surrounding areas. A full driving licence is essential; a pool car, fuel card, mobile phone, and tablet are provided.

Main Responsibilities

  • Responsible for installation, investigation of alerts, and decommissioning of curfew orders within your designated area in accordance with company procedures.
  • Support and advise persons during their period of curfew.
  • Report incidents/non-compliance to appropriate agencies.
  • Process incidents/violations within agreed timescales to meet SLAs.
  • Escalate reportable incidents to the Monitoring Centre as per agreed procedures.
  • Build and maintain excellent working relationships with internal and external customers through pro-social modelling.
  • Maintain and uphold values and protect the company brand.
  • Document all contact with customers.

  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Must live within a 30-mile radius of Aberdeen Sheriff Court (AB11 5BB).
