Programme Manager for Equity, Diversity and Inclusion
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a Programme Manager to lead EDI initiatives. This is a 2-year fixed-term contract, part-time (2-3 days/week), salary £45,000-£52,000 pro rata. Location flexible across the UK with travel to London. Apply by 13 May 2024.
Purpose of the post

Embedding Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) through all our activities is integral to this aim. This role offers an opportunity to shape the strategy and delivery of EDI initiatives across [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal].
Main responsibilities
- Strategy design and delivery – develop insights and recommendations to shape and embed [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]'s revised EDI strategy.
- Planning and organisation – coordinate EDI initiatives across Institute programmes.
- Collaboration and relationship management – manage internal and external stakeholders.
- Communication and training – act as advocate for EDI and support the People Team in training design.
Experience and Skills
- In-depth knowledge of EDI initiatives in an organisational setting.
- Experience delivering EDI initiatives internally and externally.
- Ability to manage complex programmes with multiple collaborators.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and flexibility.
