Purpose of the post
The postholder will manage and co-ordinate the delivery of all aspects of our latest Passports and accreditation verification project. We aim to use and expand on existing solutions to ease the user journey when requesting access to datasets and help data custodian’s make an informed decision, based upon our Safe People principle from our 5 Safes standard.
The postholder will not only have exceptional project management skills, but also be able to understand and articulate the technology being built to ensure the ‘bigger-picture’. In addition, they will be able to manage agile software development processes, be confident in requirement gathering and prioritisation as well as discover and promote integration and interoperability candidates with existing solutions being developed within the wider [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Technology Ecosystem.

Main responsibilities
- Overseeing the delivery of the Researcher Passports programme of work.
- Coordinating specific activities including: the development of roadmaps and deliverables in close collaboration with the Product Owner, Technical Programme Director and product stakeholders; working with internal and external delivery leads to coordinate cross-programme activities, identifying and tracking interdependencies; facilitating sprint meetings, ensuring relevant stakeholder contributions and feedback are incorporated into the development cycle as part of defined pipelines; tracking and maintaining key deliverables throughout the project; liaising with team members to ensure that relevant technical and process documentation is kept up to date; agreeing ways of working and holding project and delivery teams accountable for reaching agreed milestones.
- Working with the Product Owner to identify and prioritise requirements from community members to add value to the Gateway and wider health data ecosystem.
- Coordinate the involvement of key stakeholders at appropriate stages throughout the programme of work.
