Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR and Admin Intern to join our team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will assist with HR processes, office administration, and employee engagement activities while developing essential professional skills.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Support
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
- Help onboard new employees by preparing documentation and coordinating orientation sessions.
- Maintain employee records and ensure all HR files are up-to-date.
- Assist in drafting HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and event planning.
- Handle basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits.
Administrative Support
- Assist in day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring a well-stocked and organised workspace.
- Support in scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain company databases and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Skills
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

We expect the intern to be working from office, so this shall be an office based role.
