We are currently producing an inspiring TV show called Little Heroes and Little Reporters, a unique program made by kids, for kids, highlighting young change makers making a difference in their communities.

Internship Overview

We are looking for passionate and motivated Production Assistant Interns to join our team. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain valuable experience in television production, work alongside industry professionals, and contribute to a meaningful cause. We offer flexibility regarding the number of days you can contribute. Additionally, this opportunity has the potential to convert into a full-time paid role after 3-6 months of internship based on performance and organizational needs.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with various aspects of pre-production, production, and post-production.
  • Support the production team in setting up and breaking down equipment.
  • Help coordinate schedules, scripts, and production materials.
  • Assist in managing on-set logistics and ensuring smooth filming operations.
  • Conduct research and contribute creative ideas for content development.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as organizing files, taking notes, and making calls.
  • Assist with social media, behind-the-scenes footage, and promotional materials.
  • Provide general support to directors, producers, and crew members as needed.

Requirements

  • Passion for media production and storytelling.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Enthusiastic, reliable, and a team player.
  • Basic knowledge of cameras, lighting, and editing software is a plus but not required.
  • Availability to commit to the internship schedule (flexible contribution days).
