We are expanding our Service team and we are looking for Experienced Vehicle Technicians of various disciplines to come and join our Ipswich Branch. About the Role – Vehicle Technician

This is an exciting opportunity to become an essential member of our service team. Whether you’re joining our technical, sales, customer service, or management teams, your role will be central to delivering our high standards of service and customer satisfaction.

Usual Duties for a Vehicle Technician include:

  • Diagnose and repair vehicle faults, including complex systems where required.
  • Deliver work to the highest quality and fix issues first time to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate clearly with customers and colleagues.
  • Maintain accurate records and complete video vehicle health checks where applicable.
  • Assist colleagues with training and mentoring (where role relevant).
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

What We’re Looking For

  • Relevant qualifications (Dependent on role applied for: NVQ Level 3 in Light Motor Vehicle Repair / MOT Testing Licence / Master Technician brand specific qualifications + Fully EV Trained.
  • A passion for customer service and teamwork.
  • A proactive approach to learning, especially around new technologies like EVs and hybrids (where applicable).
  • Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, or communication skills tailored to the nature of the role.
  • Previous experience in a similar position is required.
