Package Details

  • Competitive Basic Salary: £28,571.40
  • Uncapped Earnings Potential: Average OTE of £37,500+ per annum
  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday (8am – 5.30pm) – NO WEEKENDS

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience
  • Organize and book vehicle services, keeping customers informed and satisfied throughout the process
  • Sell and promote dealership services and products, aiming to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Maintain high standards of communication and service to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Support the Aftersales team in achieving department objectives
