Diagnostic Technician

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician with strong diagnostic skills to join our aftersales team in Edgware. This is a full-time, on-site position offering a basic salary up to £40,000 with OTE of £47,000, plus a £1,500 sign-on bonus.

About the Role

As a Diagnostic Technician at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], you will diagnose complex systems across vehicle systems, perform routine service and repairs, and contribute to a supportive team environment.

  • Ensure quality and first-time fix to delight customers
  • Complete video vehicle health checks
  • Communicate with workshop supervision
  • Develop skills via regular training, including EV
  • Assist and coach colleagues with technical assistance
  • Maintain a clean and safe work bay
  • Complete MOTs in line with DVSA standards (if on job requirement)

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will hold an NVQ in Motor Vehicle Technology through IMI or a City & Guilds Level 3 qualification.
