What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide efficient, knowledgeable service to retail, trade, and internal workshop customers
  • Process parts enquiries and orders with accuracy and urgency
  • Identify additional sales opportunities and promote special offers
  • Use your technical knowledge to assist customers clearly and confidently
  • Communicate any stock discrepancies to the Parts Manager promptly
  • Maintain compliance with company processes and customer data protection policies

Qualifications and Experience Needed

  • Previous experience working as a Parts Advisor in a dealership or automotive environment
  • Strong working knowledge of parts catalogues and stock control systems
  • High level of accuracy in all administrative tasks and record-keeping
  • Confident communicator, both face-to-face and over the phone
  • Committed to delivering exceptional customer service and supporting team targets
  • Experience with CDK (Kerridge) systems – (Desirable)
  • A solid technical understanding of motor vehicles and components – (Desirable)
