Job Details

  • Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 (basic salary) + bonus scheme up to £700 per month (OTE up to £8,000 per year)
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm, Saturday morning on rota (paid overtime)

Key Responsibilities

  • Road test vehicles and diagnose problems
  • Carry out inspections, repairs and services
  • Ensure paperwork is accurate and up to date
  • Complete jobs within agreed timeframes maintaining high productivity
  • Work with service reception and parts teams to deliver excellent customer experience
  • Keep work area and protective clothing clean and safe
  • Complete MOT Tests if qualified

Requirements

  • Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent)
  • MOT Licence an advantage
  • UK driving licence essential
