About the Job

We are looking for a Master Technician to join our team at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Vauxhall in Bexleyheath. You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and evaluating customer vehicles, ensuring high quality and first-time fixes. You will also mentor colleagues and stay current with EV and Hybrid technology.

What You'll Be Doing

• Carry out diagnosis, repair and evaluation of customer vehicles
• Diagnose complex symptoms across a range of vehicles
• Ensure quality and a first time fix of all customer vehicles
• Communicate with customers to fully understand their reported issue
• Complete detailed video vehicle health checks
• Develop your skills & knowledge to stay at the forefront of vehicle technology, including EV and Hybrid Vehicles
• Assist and train your colleagues through mentoring and coaching
• Maintain a clean & safe workshop environment

Qualifications and Experience Required

• Minimum of Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair qualification
• Experience at a Diagnostic or Master Technician level
• Must hold a full UK driving licence
