The role

As an Account Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day running of client projects — ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on brief and on budget. You’ll be the key contact for your clients, supporting their goals and helping shape strong creative solutions.

What you’ll be doing

  • Building and developing good relationships with clients and wider stakeholders as the primary contact.
  • Understanding client objectives and challenges while developing market insights to support the planning and creative process.
  • Ensuring an appropriate level of senior strategic or creative input is provided for projects and meetings.
  • Translating client briefs into great creative and successfully presenting the output for senior sign-off.
  • Managing timelines, budgets and campaign progress across multiple projects.
  • Planning and organising schedules for work going through the agency and supporting other Account Managers during peaks and troughs.
  • Handling ongoing book management against budgets and the delivery of client billing.
  • Managing budgets and project timings using internal platforms like Synergist.

  • Proven experience delivering multiple campaigns and presenting work.
  • Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to manage budgets and timelines.
  • Competence in preparing quotes and proposals.
  • A collaborative, flexible mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
