About the role

You will be the bridge between our cutting-edge foundational models and the R&D pipelines of leading biopharma companies. Use deep expertise in machine learning and computational biology to build credibility, identify new opportunities, and translate feedback into our product roadmap.

What you'll be doing

• Partnership Value Realisation & Growth: Orchestrate partner journey post-contract, act as Project Manager for deployment, consult with client R&D teams, identify opportunities to expand scope.
• Product Intelligence & Roadmap Influence: Synthesize technical feedback, translate biopharma requirements into specifications, collaborate with ML engineers on data modality gaps.

What you'll bring

• PhD in Computational Biology, Machine Learning, Bioinformatics, or related field.
• Deep understanding of biopharma R&D value chain (target discovery to clinical trials).
• Technical fluency: multi-omics (single-cell, transcriptomics, proteomics), histopathology, modern ML architectures (Transformers, GNNs, foundation models), Python, PyTorch, JAX.
• Proven stakeholder management in matrixed organizations; consulting mindset (Field Application Scientist, Solution Architect, etc.).
• Ability to synthesize client feedback into clear product requirements.
