About Us

At [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] you'll find talented people working together to do whatever it takes to support people living with cancer. We're going all out to find even better ways to help even more people who need our support. Our values are at the heart of who we are and everything we do, inspiring our thinking and guiding our actions.

The Role

You’ll lead the design and stewardship of social learning networks that support our system change work. You will bring people together to learn from each other, build skills and take collective action — helping practitioners, leaders and community partners share what works, co-create solutions and speed up learning across the system.

Full details of the role and responsibilities can be found in the attached role profile. We are currently recruiting a number of roles across this team as part of a wider campaign. Please visit [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] - Welcome to find out more about these opportunities.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Experience leading communities of practice or social learning networks, with strong facilitation skills (virtual and in person)
  • Strong capability in knowledge management and creating practical resources such as toolkits, practice repositories and supporting tools.
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement, including involving people with lived experience, and embedding equity, inclusion and safeguarding into learning environments.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills

This role is for you if… you love bringing people together to learn, share what works and spark collective action.

Recruitment Process

Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Please apply as early as possible to allow you to prepare for assessments which will take place from the 18th May onwards. These will be in person at our London office.
