About the Role

You'll lead the identification, design and delivery of focused, outcome-driven projects in specific places to improve outcomes for people with cancer. You will work closely with local health and care partners, communities and [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] teams to develop approaches that can be scaled, build the evidence of what works, and support lasting system change both locally and nationally. Key Skills & Experience

• Significant experience of leading and enabling system transformation within complex health and care environments, using systems thinking, design thinking, improvement and change management methodologies
• Strong understanding of how place-based health and care systems function (including commissioning and funding models, regulatory frameworks, governance, and patient pathways) and the changing healthcare context
• Skilled at diagnosing system challenges and targeting evidence informed interventions
• Proven experience in building trusted senior level relationships and convening diverse stakeholders to drive collective action
• Proven ability to facilitate cross-organisational change that improves outcomes and reduces inequities, placing communities at the heart of solution co-design
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and navigating nonlinear, adaptive system change
