Job Description
Fantastic new role for a Junior Brand Designer to join a professional services business serving the hospitality industry. An in-house design role supporting visual communications across a growing portfolio of brands. You'll create impactful assets, build self-service tools for wider teams, and maintain brand consistency at pace.
Key Responsibilities
- Uphold brand guidelines and visual standards across a portfolio of brands
- Design Word and PowerPoint materials including proposals and presentations
- Produce on-brand marketing and sales collateral — brochures, flyers, one-pagers and PDFs
- Build and maintain self-service templates and guidelines for non-design teams
- Collaborate with marketing, eCommerce and product teams to deliver campaign assets and website updates
- Manage version-controlled design asset libraries
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously to tight deadlines
Skills & Experience
- 1–2 years' experience in graphic or brand design, ideally in-house
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma
- Confident across both digital and print design
- Experience in videography (shoot and edit) a bonus
- Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and Word skills for template creation
- Familiar with AI design tools
- Sharp eye for detail and able to work quickly without compromising quality
