Job Description
A fast-growing supplements D2C brand building out its in-house creative function. This is a hands-on role focused on creating high-performing video content across paid and organic social. You’ll own shooting and editing, helping elevate creative output while bringing fresh ideas and techniques into the brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Shoot and edit video content for paid social (Meta) and organic channels
- Create high-performing UGC-style and product-focused content
- Bring new creative ideas, effects and techniques into video production
- Work closely with the Creative Strategist on performance-driven content
- Support the development of an in-house creative function
- Continuously test, iterate and improve creative output
Skills & Experience
- Experience in videography within a D2C or performance-led environment
- Strong understanding of Meta ad creatives
- Confident shooting and editing content end-to-end
- Experience with UGC-style content and social-first formats
- Good eye for product-focused content and storytelling
- Comfortable working at pace and testing new ideas
- Background in brands such as D2C, social-first or performance agencies is a plus
