FULL DESCRIPTION

Client Services Director

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] are partnering with a reputable brand experience agency to hire a Client Services Director. This permanent, full-time role is based in Central London with hybrid working (3 days per week in the office). Salary up to £75,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead across a defined portfolio of key Brand Experience client relationships, acting as a senior client partner and strategic lead
  • Nurture and grow relationships with retained and project-based clients
  • Represent the brand with confidence in all client interactions
  • Translate client needs into clear direction for internal creative and production teams
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts
  • Establish and lead a dedicated Client Services function within the Brand Experience division
  • Create and embed consistent ways of working and client service standards
  • Collaborate with Senior Leadership on resourcing and strategic direction
  • Act as a senior escalation point for complex client conversations
  • Lead new business strategy, prospecting, and pitching
  • Own the division pipeline, ensuring accuracy and profitability
  • Manage client MSAs, SOWs, rate cards, and procurement processes
  • Stay ahead of trends across beauty, experiential, and events industries

Skills Required

  • Agency background is essential
  • Natural relationship-builder with genuine warmth and presence
  • Beauty industry experience preferred
  • Some exposure to experiential or brand experience work
  • Comfortable managing senior stakeholders at global brands
  • Willing to travel internationally and flex hours for US clients
  • Commercially minded with strong understanding of pipeline management, scoping, and financial reporting
