Ecommerce Specialist

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is hiring an Ecommerce Specialist in Kingston Upon Thames on a contract basis. Salary: £325 per day, hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end ecommerce trading strategy across DTC and marketplace channels
  • Manage pricing, promotions, and campaign activity to drive revenue and margin performance
  • Optimise marketplace performance (including listings, stock flow, and profitability)
  • Lead paid acquisition activity across channels such as Google, paid social, and retail media platforms
  • Identify and implement CRO improvements to enhance on-site performance and customer journey
  • Build and maintain trading calendars, reporting frameworks, and performance dashboards
  • Collaborate with external agency partners to deliver best-in-class campaign execution

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience managing ecommerce trading across DTC and/or marketplace environments
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing channels including paid search and paid social
  • Experience working with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify or similar
  • Highly data-driven with the ability to translate insights into actionable improvements
  • Comfortable managing agency relationships and driving performance outcomes
  • Experience within consumer goods, retail, or high-growth brands is advantageous
